Mini LED Backlight System
We have adopted advanced Mini LED backlight to replace traditional backlight solutions. With densely arranged tiny lamp beads and independent light control design, the light distribution across the entire screen is even and soft, effectively avoiding dark areas, uneven brightness and light leakage.
Thanks to this upgrade, the screen delivers brighter images and richer, more lifelike colors. Whether used indoors or under strong outdoor sunlight, the display content remains clear and recognizable. In addition, the optimized circuit and heat dissipation structure not only reduces power consumption, but also extends the service life of the backlight unit to more than 60,000 hours. It maintains stable operation during long-term continuous use, perfectly matching the working requirements of various commercial and industrial devices.
Ultra-Narrow Bezel Design
We apply mature advanced packaging and edge processing techniques to create ultra-narrow bezel modules. Compared with traditional products, we reasonably rearrange internal components and move part of the circuits to the back of the panel, which greatly reduces the width of the screen border.
The slimmer frame enlarges the visible display area, bringing a more comfortable viewing experience and more elegant overall appearance. Meanwhile, the compact structure saves plenty of internal space for end equipment, which is conducive to the miniaturization and lightweight design of finished products. What’s more, the upgraded structural craftsmanship enhances the product’s resistance to high temperature and humidity, so it can work steadily in various complex working environments.
High Refresh Rate Performance
To optimize the display effect of dynamic content, we have upgraded the internal driving chips and signal transmission structure. Our products support multiple mainstream refresh rate options including 60Hz, 75Hz, 90Hz and 120Hz.
With stable signal transmission, the modules perform excellently when playing dynamic pictures, scrolling operation interfaces and displaying real-time data. The problems of picture blur, ghosting and response lag are well solved. Higher refresh rates make every touch operation more responsive and smooth, greatly improving the operation experience. This feature is especially suitable for interactive terminals and devices that need to refresh data frequently.
Integrated Touch Solution
All upgraded modules adopt professional full lamination technology to combine the touch layer and display panel into an integrated whole. Eliminating the air gap between layers, the screen gains higher light transmittance and less surface reflection, so the visual effect is further optimized.
This integrated structure also greatly strengthens the module’s ability to resist dust, water and impact. We provide a variety of touch solutions for customers to choose from according to different budgets and application scenarios.
